Avant company, LLC, previously known as AvantCredit, is a privately-owned entity based in Chicago, Illinois-based service company in the industry of Consumer Finance, Financial Technology, and Financial Services. Avant was founded back in 2012 by serial entrepreneur Albert "Al" Goldstein, together with Paul Zhang and John Sun. Formerly structured as a mid-prime lender, the financial company issued its very first personal unsecured loan in the early 2013s by using its proprietary technology to detect the creditworthiness of its customers.

In late 2012, Avant was established as AvantCredit, providing online personal loans to its consumers. The company now issues the Avant Mastercard credit card in collaboration with WebBank (U.S. based). The company's technology applies machine-learning protocols, algorithms, and analytical tools together with the standard consumer data that is pulled to detect a customized rate, length and amount at which money may be loaned. The Avant financial company started giving access to borrows and loans in a total of 16 states in 2013.
Currently, Avant issues loans overall in 46 states, and as of October 2013, the company even expanded beyond the United State’s borders to Canada and overseas, in the United Kingdom. From the year of 2012 to 2015 the Avant financial company saw substantial growth with more than $1 billion in loans received from its official website. As the company entered the growing financial technology - known as the FinTech industry, Avant quickly designed and improved proprietary software that aims to efficiently mitigate fraud and default risk through using machine-learning technology. The company has also worked towards a fully online experience where its consumers can simply apply on Avant's website and use its services. By entering the online working environment, the company eliminated the need for physical branches and also, Avant became able to simplify the loading or/and borrowing process, with the bulk of the funding and employment verification, both done through the internet.
Back in April 2015, Avant financial company introduced the Avant Institutional Marketplace together with the global alternative asset manager, like Victory Park Capital, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, and Jefferies as lead investors.
How to login to Avant com
If you are already a member of Avant, you can simply go to their official website at www Avant com /login and enter your account credentials to be allowed to access your account. Here are easy steps to follow:
Step 1 - Open www Avant com /login;
Step 2 - Enter your email address;
Step 3 - Enter your password;
Step 4 - This is the optional step. If you want the site to remember your personal information, such as your email address and password you can tick the box “Remember me”, if not, simply leave the box empty and move forward.
Step 5 - Once you enter your login information, click on the login button.

Applying for an Avant credit card
If you want to apply for an Avant card with a co-applicant or co-signer, note that currently, AvantCard only allows one applicant for each AvantCard application. Besides, only one applicant will be registered to be able to use the AvantCard at all times.
If you want to use your private mailbox, like, e..g, a PO Box to apply for the AvantCard, then beware that Avant credit card requires a customer's most up-to-date residential address to be verified and registered to his/her AvantCard account. Also, note that the Avant financial company does not allow a PO Box to be registered to the customer's AvantCard account at any time.
To apply for an Avant credit card, follow these instructions:
Step 1 - Open the link at www avant com, then on the main homepage, you will see a button that says “Apply for AvantCard”, click on that button and wait for few seconds to be taken to a new web page.
Step 2 - The site will display a part of the application. In the first stage, Avant will check whether or not you qualify for an AvantCard. To determine that, you will be asked to fill out the fields given on that page.
Step 3 - Ente your first and last name.
Step 4 - Enter your date of birth.
Step 5 - Enter your social security number (This is important to verify a customer’s identity).
Step 6 - Enter your mobile phone number (This is important to verify a customer’s identity).
Step 7 - Next, you are going to create an avant credit login to save your progress and later have access to your avant credit account. To do so, enter your email address, then create a password and confirm it. *Note: Password must be created with at least 8 characters, it must be unique, and difficult to guess.
Step 8 - After that, you should enter the promotional code from the letter that you received. Note, you should either enter your Promotional Code or the Letter Personal Offer Code.
Step 9 - Once you fill out the first page of an application, read terms and conditions and then tick the appropriate box to confirm you are aware of the Avant policy.
Step 10 - Then you should click on the blue button that says “Continue to Application” and follow the rest on-screen instructions to finalize your application process.
